Production Workflow

Downstream: Rolling & Finishing
  • Melting & Holding Furnaces (Swastik): 40T and 35T capacity with electromagnetic stirrers.
  • Exhaust Treatment: State-of-the-art baghouse filters for cleaner emissions.
  • Metal Recovery: Altek Dross Press for efficient metal reclamation.
  • Casting Lines (Bruno Presezzi & NCHM): High-tech casters supporting 2300mm width, 30T coils, with integrated edge trimming, ceramic foam filtration, degassing, and X-ray gauge control.
  • Cold Rolling Mill (Mino, Italy): 2300mm wide strips rolled down to 90 microns with AGC, AFC, robotic coil handling, and online edge trimming.
  • Annealing Furnace (Seco/Warwick): 90T convection-based coil annealing under nitrogen protection.
  • Roll Grinding (Pomini Tenova): CNC roll grinding for precision surface quality.
  • Slitting & Levelling: Sumikura high-precision slitting (min 40mm) and tension leveller with surface cleaning.
  • Cut-to-Length Line: Up to 6000mm with dual surface masking.
  • Automated Coil Warehouse (Bonfanti): Streamlined logistics and inventory.
